About Us

Jeff Buckley and Steve Downton are directors of TMS., they serve as senior turbine technicians and administrators of the company.

Jeff Buckley possesses a Canadian Aviation Maintenance Council Certificate and has a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification. Jeff has worked twenty-five years as a turbine overhaul and field technician, four years with Solar Turbines, eleven years with Nova Corporation and ten years with TMS.

Steve Downton possesses a Canadian Aviation Maintenance Council Certificate, is a graduate of the Canadian Forces School of Aerospace and Ordinance Engineering as an Aerospace Engine Technician and has a Journeyman Millwright Certification. After two years of training in the forces Steve spent fifteen years with Nova Corporation. Prior to his early retirement from Nova Steve received specialized overhaul training at Solar and became a turbine overhaul supervisor at Nova. While at Nova Steve supervised the overhauls on all models of Solar turbines.
